Although many look to medications, injections and surgeries as a solution, they forget that daily eating habits can be a major cause of <strong>knee arthrosis<\/strong>, inflammation, swelling and chronic pain. <\/p>\n\n<p>In this article, we will discover what are <strong>the most harmful foods for your joints<\/strong> \u2013 especially your knees \u2013 and how you can save yourself from pain, inflammation and surgery with simple changes in your diet.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Sugar \u2013 the silent enemy of your cartilage<\/h2>\n\n<p>Without competition, <strong>sugar<\/strong> is enemy number one when it comes to joint health. This \u201csweet\u201d substance provokes <strong>chronic inflammation in the body<\/strong> and especially in the joints.
