You can drink still or mineral water, it doesn&#8217;t matter. You can add lemon, lime, fruit slices to it (just add them to the water, you should not eat them), apple cider vinegar, Himalayan salt. In 1 dl of water it is allowed to add one small tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds and drink it all together. Seeds will not break fasting.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-be7b4717baafdb6d2e7029fe8fc67f4e\" style=\"background-color:#044363\">COFFEE<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/>During fasting, you can drink 100-200 ml of coffee, but only black Turkish. Coffee can be caffeinated or without caffeine. You can add some healthy fats to your coffee, such as extra virgin coconut oil, almond oil, walnut oil, GHEE.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-6f724a038d68ee95d05e9be6fad71ec4\" style=\"background-color:#044363\">TEAS<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/>Teas can be consumed indefinitely.
