Puedes beber agua fija o mineral, no importa. Puedes a\u00f1adir lim\u00f3n, lima, rodajas de fruta (solo a\u00f1\u00e9galas al agua, no deber\u00edas comerlas), vinagre de manzana, sal del Himalaya. Se permite a\u00f1adir una peque\u00f1a cucharada de semillas de ch\u00eda o lino a 1 dl de agua y beberla completa. Las semillas no romper\u00e1n el ayuno.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-418bc2c7409a4118dd6537ba70a3467d\" style=\"background-color:#044363\">CAF\u00c9<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/>Durante el ayuno, se permite beber entre 100 y 200 ml de caf\u00e9, pero solo turco negro. El caf\u00e9 puede ser con o sin cafe\u00edna.
