Ver\u00edm, \u017ee na zlep\u0161enie zdravia nie je ni\u010d lep\u0161ie ako pravideln\u00fd p\u00f4st. Osobne praktizujem pravideln\u00fd p\u00f4st u\u017e mnoho rokov a nikdy som sa nec\u00edtil lep\u0161ie. Pracujem s pacientmi u\u017e dvadsa\u0165p\u00e4\u0165 rokov a nespo\u010detnekr\u00e1t som bol presved\u010den\u00fd o \u00fa\u010dinnosti p\u00f4stu u \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed ho za\u010dali praktizova\u0165 na moje odpor\u00fa\u010danie a v\u00fdrazne zlep\u0161ili svoje zdravie.<br\/>P\u00f4st, ako stravovac\u00ed re\u017eim, ktor\u00fd sa praktizuje u\u017e tis\u00edce rokov, prin\u00e1\u0161a mnoho zdravotn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. Napriek svojej hist\u00f3rii v\u0161ak p\u00f4st v posledn\u00fdch desa\u0165ro\u010diach takmer zmizol z n\u00e1\u0161ho ka\u017edodenn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Namiesto toho industrializ\u00e1cia potrav\u00edn a agres\u00edvne marketingov\u00e9 kampane zameran\u00e9 na konzum\u00e1ciu viacer\u00fdch jed\u00e1l denne viedli k roz\u0161\u00edreniu nezdrav\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vykov. V d\u00f4sledku toho \u010del\u00edme n\u00e1rastu r\u00f4znych ochoren\u00ed s\u00favisiacich so zl\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00fdm \u0161t\u00fdlom a stravou.      <br\/><br\/>V druhej polovici 20. storo\u010dia sa potravin\u00e1rsky priemysel rozhodol zmeni\u0165 sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm jeme. Namiesto tradi\u010dn\u00fdch troch jed\u00e1l denne sme vystaven\u00ed neust\u00e1lemu stimulu v podobe rekl\u00e1m na jedlo a ponuk\u00e1m r\u00fdchleho ob\u010derstvenia. Marketingov\u00e9 kampane n\u00e1s povzbudzuj\u00fa, aby sme jedli \u010do najviac jed\u00e1l denne, aby sme konzumovali ve\u013emi zl\u00e9 jedl\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 v\u00fdrazne po\u0161kodzuj\u00fa na\u0161e zdravie. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 zd\u00f4razni\u0165, \u017ee za posledn\u00fdch tridsa\u0165 a\u017e \u0161tyridsa\u0165 rokov sa po\u010det ob\u00e9znych \u013eud\u00ed v\u00fdrazne zv\u00fd\u0161il a dnes v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou zomierame na srdcov\u00e9 choroby, mozgov\u00e9 choroby a n\u00e1dory r\u00f4znych druhov. Pred p\u00e4\u0165desiatimi alebo \u0161es\u0165desiatimi rokmi tieto choroby neboli ani z\u010faleka tak\u00e9 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a dnes s\u00fa pre n\u00e1s najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou hrozbou. Cukrovka, vysok\u00fd krvn\u00fd tlak, nadv\u00e1ha a nadmern\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvanie liekov naj\u010dastej\u0161ie ved\u00fa k infarktu, m\u0155tvici, demencii alebo nejakej forme rakoviny. A to v\u0161etko za\u010d\u00edna na\u0161ou di\u00e9tou.      <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-02f85f2f96d5caffb24dc9982a859717\" style=\"background-color:#044363\">RA\u0147AJKY S\u00da NAJD\u00d4LE\u017dITEJ\u0160\u00cdM JEDLOM D\u0147A! DOPRAVA? <\/h2>\n\n<p>Ak sa pozrieme bli\u017e\u0161ie do minulosti, pr\u00edspevok bol nie\u010do, o \u010dom sa nemalo hovori\u0165. Odborn\u00edci vo svete v\u00fd\u017eivy n\u00e1m u\u017e desa\u0165ro\u010dia hovoria, \u017ee by sme nemali vynecha\u0165 ani jedno jedlo denne. In\u00fdmi slovami, ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 mus\u00edme jes\u0165 ra\u0148ajky, obed, ve\u010deru a st\u00e1le jes\u0165 ob\u010derstvenie, s\u00fahlas\u00edte?  <\/p>\n\n<p>Som si ist\u00fd, \u017ee ste aspo\u0148 raz v \u017eivote po\u010duli, a mo\u017eno aj povedali, tak\u00e9to vety:<br\/>&#8220;Ra\u0148ajky s\u00fa najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie jedlo d\u0148a!&#8221;<br\/>&#8220;Mus\u00ed\u0161 pravidelne jes\u0165 ob\u010derstvenie!&#8221;<br\/>&#8220;Jedz p\u00e4\u0165 a\u017e \u0161es\u0165 mal\u00fdch jed\u00e1l denne!&#8221;<br\/>&#8220;Nikdy by si nemal vynecha\u0165 jedlo!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>Sme bombardovan\u00ed t\u00fdmito a podobn\u00fdmi spr\u00e1vami v m\u00e9di\u00e1ch. V telev\u00edzii, na internete, v knih\u00e1ch. Ak ich po\u010dujete stokr\u00e1t \u010di tis\u00edckr\u00e1t, za\u010dn\u00fa vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 il\u00faziu, \u017ee je to nie\u010do, \u010do potrebujete, aby ste boli zdrav\u00ed. To v\u0161etko je dobre zn\u00e1me odvetviam, ktor\u00e9 zar\u00e1baj\u00fa miliardy ro\u010dne. Bohu\u017eia\u013e, ak ste zdrav\u00ed, nikto nezarob\u00ed peniaze. Ani ve\u013ek\u00e9 potravin\u00e1rske priemysly, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1s otr\u00e1via, ani farmaceutick\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1s potom &#8220;lie\u010dia&#8221;.     <\/p>\n\n<p>PRAVDA JE \u00daPLNE IN\u00c1! Neexistuje \u017eiadny v\u00fdskum, ktor\u00fd by dok\u00e1zal, \u017ee konzum\u00e1cia ve\u013ek\u00e9ho mno\u017estva jed\u00e1l denne je prospe\u0161n\u00e1 pre na\u0161e zdravie. Na druhej strane, za posledn\u00e9 desa\u0165ro\u010dia bolo vykonan\u00fdch tis\u00edce \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed o preuk\u00e1zan\u00fdch pr\u00ednosoch p\u00f4stu. P\u00f4st sa praktizuje u\u017e tis\u00edce rokov po celom svete vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch civiliz\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. Denn\u00fd p\u00f4st od jedla m\u00e1 obrovsk\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody.
