Hor\u010d\u00edk nielen\u017ee pom\u00e1ha regulova\u0165 v\u00e1pnik, drasl\u00edk a sod\u00edk, ale je nevyhnutn\u00fd pre zdravie buniek a je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou viac ako 300 biochemick\u00fdch funkci\u00ed v tele. 60 % sa nach\u00e1dza v kostiach, 30 % v m\u00e4kk\u00fdch tkaniv\u00e1ch, svaloch, 6-7 % v bunk\u00e1ch, 1 % v krvi.<br\/>Dokonca aj glutathion, najsilnej\u0161\u00ed antioxidant vo va\u0161om tele, ktor\u00fd je dokonca naz\u00fdvan\u00fd &#8220;hlavn\u00fdm antioxidantom&#8221;, potrebuje hor\u010d\u00edk na svoju synt\u00e9zu. Vzh\u013eadom na \u00falohu hor\u010d\u00edka v neuromuskul\u00e1rnych sign\u00e1loch a svalov\u00fdch kontrakci\u00e1ch vedci poznamenali, \u017ee \u010dasto za to m\u00f4\u017ee nedostatok hor\u010d\u00edka<br\/>Syndr\u00f3m nepokojn\u00fdch n\u00f4h je \u010fal\u0161\u00edm varovn\u00fdm pr\u00edznakom nedostatku hor\u010d\u00edka. Aby ste prekonali k\u0155\u010de v noh\u00e1ch aj syndr\u00f3m nepokojn\u00fdch n\u00f4h, budete chcie\u0165 zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 pr\u00edjem hor\u010d\u00edka aj drasl\u00edka.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nespavos\u0165<br\/>Nedostatok hor\u010d\u00edka je \u010dasto predzves\u0165ou por\u00fach sp\u00e1nku, ako s\u00fa \u00fazkos\u0165, hyperaktivita a nepokoj.
