Resveratrol je polyfenol pod\u013ea zlo\u017eenia, dokonca naz\u00fdvan\u00fd elix\u00edr mladosti kv\u00f4li v\u00fdhod\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 poskytuje star\u0161\u00edm \u013eu\u010fom. Hoci jeho najzn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00edm zdrojom s\u00fa hrozno a ur\u010dit\u00e9 druhy \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna, resveratrol sa nach\u00e1dza aj v bobu\u013eovom ovociach (maliny, \u010du\u010doriedky, \u010dernice) a ara\u0161idach, ale v ove\u013ea men\u0161\u00edch mno\u017estv\u00e1ch. <\/p>\n\n<p>Resveratrol je polyfen\u00f3zny bioflavonoidn\u00fd antioxidant produkovan\u00fd ur\u010dit\u00fdmi rastlinami a nach\u00e1dzaj\u00faci sa v potravin\u00e1ch a n\u00e1pojoch, o ktor\u00fdch je zn\u00e1me, \u017ee zastavuj\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinky starnutia. Resveratrol je klasifikovan\u00fd ako fytoestrog\u00e9n v\u010faka svojej schopnosti pozit\u00edvne interagova\u0165 s estrog\u00e9nov\u00fdmi receptormi. Rastliny, ktor\u00e9 produkuj\u00fa resveratrol a in\u00e9 antioxidanty, to robia \u010diasto\u010dne ako ochrann\u00fd mechanizmus a reakciu na NEBEZPE\u010cENSTV\u00c1, ktor\u00e9 ich obklopuj\u00fa. Dnes sa ver\u00ed, \u017ee resveratrol je jedn\u00fdm z najsilnej\u0161\u00edch polyfenolov a najsilnej\u0161\u00edm ochrancom proti pr\u00edznakom spojen\u00fdm so starnut\u00edm a po\u0161koden\u00edm vo\u013en\u00fdmi radik\u00e1lmi. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u0160t\u00fadie ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee najhojnej\u0161ie pr\u00edrodn\u00e9 zdroje resveratrolu (nehovoriac o mnoh\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch ochrann\u00fdch fytonutrientoch, vitam\u00ednoch a miner\u00e1loch) s\u00fa rastliny, vr\u00e1tane \u0161upky \u010derven\u00e9ho hrozna, \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna, surov\u00e9ho kakaa a tmav\u00fdch bob\u00fa\u013e, ako s\u00fa \u010du\u010doriedky, maliny a \u010dernice. \u010cerven\u00e9 v\u00edno je pravdepodobne najzn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00edm zdrojom, najm\u00e4 v\u010faka jeho vysok\u00fdm hladin\u00e1m v\u010faka fermenta\u010dn\u00e9mu procesu, ktor\u00fd premie\u0148a hroznov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu na alkohol. Po\u010das v\u00fdroby \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna fermentuj\u00fa hroznov\u00e9 semienka a \u0161upky v hroznov\u00fdch \u0161\u0165av\u00e1ch, \u010do pozit\u00edvne ovplyv\u0148uje hladinu a dostupnos\u0165 resveratrolu.
