Niske razine \u017eeljeza obi\u010dno su posljedica gubitka krvi, lo\u0161e prehrane ili nemogu\u0107nosti apsorpcije dovoljno \u017eeljeza iz hrane. <\/code><\/pre>\n\n<p>\u017delezo je potrebn\u00e9 na tvorbu hemoglob\u00ednu, druhu bielkoviny nach\u00e1dzaj\u00facej sa v \u010derven\u00fdch krvink\u00e1ch a ktor\u00e1 zohr\u00e1va \u00falohu pri prenose kysl\u00edka z p\u013e\u00fac a jeho prenosu telom do buniek. Mu\u017ei potrebuj\u00fa len asi 8 miligramov \u017eeleza denne.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00e9 denn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky:<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Djeca od 1 do 3 godine: 7 miligrama\nDjeca od 4 do 8 godina: 10 miligrama\nDjeca od 9 do 13 godina: 8 miligrama\n\u017dene od 14 do 18 godina: 15 miligrama\nMu\u0161karci od 14 do 18 godina: 11 miligrama\n\u017dene u dobi od 19 do 50 godina: 18 miligrama\nTrudnice i dojilje: 27 miligrama\nMu\u0161karci od 19+: 8 miligrama\n\u017dene u dobi od 51+: 8 miligrama<\/code><\/pre>\n\n<p>Ako si v\u0161imnete, mal\u00e9 deti potrebuj\u00fa viac \u017eeleza ne\u017e deti, preto\u017ee podporuje proces rastu a kognit\u00edvneho v\u00fdvoja. Pre mal\u00e9 deti m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 z\u00edska\u0165 dostatok \u017eeleza len zo stravy, najm\u00e4 ak s\u00fa &#8220;vyberav\u00ed jed\u00e1ci&#8221; \u2014 preto krvn\u00fd test po\u010das ka\u017edoro\u010dnej kontroly m\u00f4\u017ee odhali\u0165 nedostatok \u017eeleza sk\u00f4r, ne\u017e sa stane v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mom.
