Chlorofyl je typ rastlinn\u00e9ho pigmentu zodpovedn\u00e9ho za absorbovanie svetla po\u010das fotosynt\u00e9zy, \u010d\u00edm vznik\u00e1 energia. Pre\u010do je to pre \u013eud\u00ed d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9? Ukazuje sa, \u017ee chlorofyl je spojen\u00fd s prirodzenou prevenciou rakoviny, dok\u00e1\u017ee blokova\u0165 karcinog\u00e9nne \u00fa\u010dinky v tele a chr\u00e1ni DNA pred po\u0161koden\u00edm sp\u00f4soben\u00fdm toxick\u00fdmi ples\u0148ami, ako je aflatox\u00edn \u2013 ve\u013emi podobne ako chlorella bohat\u00e1 na chlorellu m\u00e1 protirakovinov\u00e9 vlastnosti. Je tie\u017e pr\u00edrodnou zlo\u017ekou na chudnutie a toto s\u00fa len niektor\u00e9 z hlavn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod chlorofylu pre \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie, ktor\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00fa telu \u010disti\u0165 telo a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa mu optim\u00e1lnu funkciu.<br><br>\u010co je chlorofyl?<br>Chlorofyl je zelen\u00e1 l\u00e1tka v rastlin\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e1 im umo\u017e\u0148uje vyr\u00e1ba\u0165 potravu z oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho a vody. Nach\u00e1dza sa vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch zelen\u00fdch rastlin\u00e1ch, vr\u00e1tane listovej zeleniny a \u010fal\u0161ej zeleniny, ktor\u00fa be\u017ene jeme, ako aj v ur\u010dit\u00fdch druhoch rias alebo bakt\u00e9ri\u00ed. Rastliny a riasy pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa chlorofyl na zachyt\u00e1vanie slne\u010dn\u00e9ho svetla potrebn\u00e9ho na fotosynt\u00e9zu, preto sa chlorofyl pova\u017euje za &#8220;chel\u00e1t&#8221;. V skuto\u010dnosti je pova\u017eovan\u00fd za najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00ed chel\u00e1tor v pr\u00edrode, preto\u017ee rastlin\u00e1m dod\u00e1va energiu, ktor\u00e1 potom dod\u00e1va energiu n\u00e1m. V pr\u00edrode sa vyskytuj\u00fa dve hlavn\u00e9 formy chlorofylu: chlorofyl-a a chlorofyl-b. Medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma typmi je mal\u00fd rozdiel, v podstate ka\u017ed\u00fd absorbuje slne\u010dn\u00e9 svetlo pri mierne odli\u0161n\u00fdch vlnov\u00fdch d\u013a\u017ekach. V rastlin\u00e1ch obsahuj\u00facich chlorofyl existuje pomer 3:1 kolorofyl-a a kolorofyl-b, ktor\u00e9 spolu odr\u00e1\u017eaj\u00fa tmavozelen\u00fd pigment vidite\u013en\u00fd \u013eudsk\u00fdm okom.<br>Hoci chlorofyl je \u00faplne pr\u00edrodn\u00fd, podobn\u00e1 polosyntetick\u00e1 zmes naz\u00fdvan\u00e1 chlorofyl\u00edn sa vyr\u00e1ba v laborat\u00f3ri\u00e1ch a pou\u017e\u00edva sa v doplnkoch, napr\u00edklad v t\u00fdch, ktor\u00e9 sa pred\u00e1vaj\u00fa ako &#8220;tekut\u00fd chlorofyl&#8221;. Tieto doplnky existuj\u00fa u\u017e viac ako 50 rokov a be\u017ene sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na lie\u010dbu ko\u017en\u00fdch r\u00e1n, telesn\u00e9ho z\u00e1pachu, tr\u00e1viacich probl\u00e9mov a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch zdravotn\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov prakticky bez rizika.
