M\u00f4\u017ee sa to sta\u0165 len po dlhom dni str\u00e1venom na noh\u00e1ch alebo pri pr\u00edli\u0161 dlhom seden\u00ed. M\u00f4\u017ee v\u0161ak tie\u017e nazna\u010dova\u0165 v\u00e1\u017enej\u0161\u00ed zdravotn\u00fd probl\u00e9m, obezitu alebo nedostatok aktivity. Ke\u010f sa tkaniv\u00e1 v noh\u00e1ch zap\u00e1lia a opuchn\u00fa, vznik\u00e1 z\u00e1pal.<br\/>\u010co je to lymfed\u00e9m?<br\/>Hromadenie lymfatickej tekutiny v m\u00e4kk\u00fdch tkaniv\u00e1ch, naj\u010dastej\u0161ie v ruk\u00e1ch alebo noh\u00e1ch, sa naz\u00fdva lymfed\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd sa tie\u017e naz\u00fdva lymfed\u00e9m. Zvy\u010dajne ide o dlhodob\u00e9 ochorenie. Je sp\u00f4soben\u00e1 po\u0161koden\u00edm lymfatick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu alebo probl\u00e9mami, ktor\u00e9 boli pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 pri naroden\u00ed. Lymfatick\u00e1 tekutina bohat\u00e1 na bielkoviny je zvy\u010dajne odstra\u0148ovan\u00e1 lymfatick\u00fdmi uzlinami, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa mal\u00fdmi \u0161trukt\u00farami rozmiestnen\u00fdmi po celom na\u0161om tele, a n\u00e1sledne sa dost\u00e1va do krvn\u00e9ho obehu. Ke\u010f s\u00fa lymfatick\u00e9 uzliny upchat\u00e9, telo nem\u00f4\u017ee plymfatick\u00fa tekutinu pres\u00fava\u0165 tak, ako by malo. V d\u00f4sledku toho sa tekutina hromad\u00ed a tkaniv\u00e1 za\u010dn\u00fa opuch\u00e1va\u0165. Toto sa st\u00e1va, ke\u010f m\u00e1 niekto lymfed\u00e9m: lymfatick\u00e9 \u017eily nedok\u00e1\u017eu dostato\u010dne od\u010derpa\u0165 lymfatick\u00fa tekutinu.        <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00edznaky lymfed\u00e9mu<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u010cas\u0165 alebo cel\u00fd opuch va\u0161ej ruky \u010di nohy, vr\u00e1tane prstov na noh\u00e1ch a prstoch na ruk\u00e1ch<br\/>Pocit, \u017ee je \u0165a\u017ek\u00fd alebo stla\u010den\u00fd<br\/>Boles\u0165 alebo nepohodlie<br\/>Nedostatok vo\u013enosti pohybu<br\/>Infekcie, ktor\u00e9 sa st\u00e1le vracaj\u00fa, ako lymfangit\u00edda alebo celulit\u00edda<br\/>Z\u00edskavanie tvrd\u0161ej a hrub\u0161ej poko\u017eky (fibr\u00f3za)<\/p>\n\n<p>Opuch m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 mierny, kde sa ve\u013ekos\u0165 ruky alebo nohy ve\u013emi nemen\u00ed, a\u017e po tak\u00fd zl\u00fd, \u017ee je \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 ho pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165. Okrem r\u00fak sa lymfed\u00e9m m\u00f4\u017ee vyskytn\u00fa\u0165 aj v strede tela. R\u00e1dioterapia hrudnej steny m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 perif\u00e9rny opuch, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k lymfed\u00e9mu v oblasti trupu. Toto je be\u017en\u00e9 u pacientok s rakovinou prsn\u00edka, ktor\u00e9 podst\u00fapili r\u00e1dioterapiu prsn\u00edka.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f4vody a varovn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/>Existuje nieko\u013eko hlavn\u00fdch a sekund\u00e1rnych pr\u00ed\u010din lymfed\u00e9mu. Sekund\u00e1rny lymfed\u00e9m sa m\u00f4\u017ee v tele vyskytn\u00fa\u0165, ke\u010f lie\u010dba alebo ochorenie po\u0161kod\u00ed va\u0161e lymfatick\u00e9 uzliny alebo lymfatick\u00e9 cievy. Niektor\u00e9 z vec\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 a zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 riziko sekund\u00e1rneho lymfed\u00e9mu, s\u00fa:<br\/>Chirurgick\u00fd z\u00e1krok: Lymfed\u00e9m m\u00f4\u017ee vznikn\u00fa\u0165, ak s\u00fa lymfatick\u00e9 art\u00e9rie a lymfatick\u00e9 uzliny v noh\u00e1ch, ruk\u00e1ch alebo inej \u010dasti tela odstr\u00e1nen\u00e9 alebo po\u0161koden\u00e9. Napr\u00edklad sa odstr\u00e1nia lymfatick\u00e9 uzliny, aby sa zistilo, \u010di sa rakovina prsn\u00edka roz\u0161\u00edrila.<br\/>R\u00e1dioterapia na rakovinu: \u017diarenie m\u00f4\u017ee zjazvi\u0165 va\u0161e lymfatick\u00e9 uzliny alebo lymfatick\u00e9 tepny a sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 ich opuch. Lymfed\u00e9m z lie\u010dby rakoviny sa nemus\u00ed prejavi\u0165 mesiace alebo dokonca roky po ukon\u010den\u00ed lie\u010dby.<br\/>Rakovina: Lymfed\u00e9m m\u00f4\u017ee vznikn\u00fa\u0165, ak rakovinov\u00e9 bunky blokuj\u00fa lymfatick\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy. Napr\u00edklad v\u00fdrastok, ktor\u00fd rastie bl\u00edzko lymfatickej uzliny alebo lymfatick\u00e9 cievy, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 dostato\u010dne ve\u013ek\u00fd na to, aby zablokoval tok lymfatickej tekutiny.<br\/>Infekcia lymfatick\u00fdch uzl\u00edn alebo parazity m\u00f4\u017eu s\u0165a\u017ei\u0165 pohyb lymfatickej tekutiny. Tropick\u00e9 a subtropick\u00e9 oblasti maj\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu pravdepodobnos\u0165 v\u00fdskytu lymfed\u00e9mu s\u00favisiaceho s infekciou a chudobn\u00e9 krajiny s\u00fa tie\u017e n\u00e1chylnej\u0161ie na jeho v\u00fdskyt.<br\/>Nadv\u00e1ha: Lymfed\u00e9m doln\u00fdch kon\u010dat\u00edn m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 sp\u00f4soben\u00fd nadv\u00e1hou, najm\u00e4 ak je index telesnej hmotnosti (BMI) \u010dloveka nad 50. Lymfed\u00e9m je pravdepodobnej\u0161\u00ed, ak m\u00e1te nadv\u00e1hu alebo priber\u00e1te po oper\u00e1cii.<br\/>Reumatologick\u00e9 poruchy: V\u00fdskum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee \u013eudia s reumatoidn\u00fdmi poruchami, ako je reumatoidn\u00e1 artrit\u00edda, maj\u00fa vy\u0161\u0161iu pravdepodobnos\u0165 lymfed\u00e9mu.      <\/p>\n\n<p>Prim\u00e1rny lymfed\u00e9m je ve\u013emi zriedkav\u00fd. Pren\u00e1\u0161a sa z rodi\u010da na die\u0165a a je sp\u00f4soben\u00fd probl\u00e9mami s rastom lymfatick\u00fdch ciev v tele. Niektor\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tne d\u00f4vody, pre\u010do \u013eudia trpia prim\u00e1rnym lymfed\u00e9mom, s\u00fa:  <\/p>\n\n<p>Milroyova choroba, zn\u00e1ma aj ako vroden\u00fd lymfed\u00e9m, je probl\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd za\u010d\u00edna u\u017e v ranom detstve a sp\u00f4sobuje, \u017ee lymfatick\u00e9 uzliny sa vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa zvl\u00e1\u0161tnym sp\u00f4sobom.<br\/>Lymfed\u00e9m praecox, zn\u00e1my aj ako Meigeho choroba, sa m\u00f4\u017ee objavi\u0165 v akomko\u013evek veku, ale zvy\u010dajne sa vyskytuje okolo puberty alebo po\u010das tehotenstva.<br\/>Lymfed\u00e9m tarda, alebo lymfed\u00e9m s neskor\u00fdm n\u00e1stupom, je zriedkav\u00fd a zvy\u010dajne za\u010d\u00edna po 35. roku \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=L14FIhrpKNo&#038;ab_channel=MarioLAB\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ed\u00e9mov\u00e9 pr\u00edbuzn\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/>Ak si natrhnete \u0161\u013eachu alebo v\u00e4z alebo zlom\u00edte kos\u0165, je to norm\u00e1lna reakcia; M\u00f4\u017ee v\u0161ak tie\u017e nazna\u010dova\u0165 z\u00e1va\u017enej\u0161ie z\u00e1palov\u00e9 ochorenie, vr\u00e1tane artrit\u00eddy. Ak sa u v\u00e1s objav\u00ed opuch jednej nohy alebo niektor\u00fd z t\u00fdchto \u010fal\u0161\u00edch pr\u00edznakov, nav\u0161t\u00edvte lek\u00e1ra hne\u010f raz.<br\/>Boles\u0165 n\u00f4h, citlivos\u0165 alebo k\u0155\u010de.<br\/>\u010cerven\u00fd alebo modr\u00fd odtie\u0148 poko\u017eky<br\/>Poko\u017eka, ktor\u00e1 sa zd\u00e1 by\u0165 tepl\u00e1<br\/>V porovnan\u00ed s iba 64 %, ktor\u00e9 dostali komer\u010dn\u00fd kvasinkov\u00fd kr\u00e9m, sa viac ako 90 % \u017eien lie\u010den\u00fdch kyselinou boritou zotavilo v \u0161t\u00fadii po 10 d\u0148och lie\u010dby. Okrem toho je kyselina borit\u00e1 ne\u0161kodn\u00e1 a bez negat\u00edvnych ved\u013eaj\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dinkov, pod\u013ea v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Probl\u00e9my s mo\u010den\u00edm<br\/>Ke\u010f va\u0161e obli\u010dky nefunguj\u00fa tak, ako by mali, vznik\u00e1 dlhodob\u00e9 ochorenie obli\u010diek. Namiesto filtrovania odpadu a vody z krvi sa tekutina hromad\u00ed vo va\u0161om tele a sp\u00f4sobuje opuch r\u00fak a n\u00f4h.<br\/>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm d\u00f4vodom opuchu n\u00f4h, \u010dlenkov a chodidiel je ak\u00fatne zlyhanie obli\u010diek, pri ktorom va\u0161e obli\u010dky n\u00e1hle prestan\u00fa fungova\u0165. Zvy\u010dajne sa v\u0161ak vyskytuje, ke\u010f ste v nemocnici kv\u00f4li in\u00e9mu ochoreniu.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Lek\u00e1rstvo<br\/>Niekedy ne\u017eiaduce \u00fa\u010dinky liekov na predpis zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa opuch, ktor\u00fd je ne\u017eiaduci.
