Umel\u00e9 sladidl\u00e1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Umel\u00e9 sladidl\u00e1 sa m\u00f4\u017eu zda\u0165 ako dobr\u00e1 vo\u013eba, ak si d\u00e1vate pozor na kal\u00f3rie, ale veda n\u00e1m ukazuje, \u017ee s\u00fa naozaj jednou z najhor\u0161\u00edch zlo\u017eiek, pokia\u013e ide o va\u0161e zdravie. Vysokofrukt\u00f3zov\u00fd kukuri\u010dn\u00fd sirup (HFCS) je sladidlo, ktor\u00e9 vedie k priberaniu na v\u00e1he, srdcov\u00fdm komplik\u00e1ci\u00e1m a obezite.
