Celkovo maj\u00fa ob\u00e9zni \u013eudia viac ako o 30 % vy\u0161\u0161iu pravdepodobnos\u0165 vzniku tohto typu rakoviny ako \u013eudia s norm\u00e1lnou hmotnos\u0165ou. <\/p>\n\n<p>2. Cukrovka 2. typu&#8230; V\u00fdskum dokonale preuk\u00e1zal s\u00favislos\u0165 medzi cukrovkou 2. typu a rozvojom rakoviny hrub\u00e9ho \u010dreva. V\u00fdskum tie\u017e nazna\u010duje, \u017ee mu\u017ei, ktor\u00ed podst\u00fapili r\u00e1dioterapiu na lie\u010dbu rakoviny prostaty a semenn\u00edkov, maj\u00fa vy\u0161\u0161iu mieru rakoviny hrub\u00e9ho \u010dreva.<\/p>\n\n<p>4. Dedi\u010dn\u00fd nepolyp\u00f3zov\u00fd kolorekt\u00e1lny karcin\u00f3m (HNPCC)&#8230; Naz\u00fdvan\u00fd aj Lynchov syndr\u00f3m, ide o dedi\u010dn\u00e9 ochorenie, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 riziko vzniku rakoviny hrub\u00e9ho \u010dreva a\u017e o 80 %. Diagnostikuje tento syndr\u00f3m.<\/p>\n\n<p>7. Peutz-Jeghersov syndr\u00f3m (PJS)&#8230; Ide o dedi\u010dn\u00e9 ochorenie, ktor\u00e9 sp\u00f4sobuje polypy hrub\u00e9ho \u010dreva, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa n\u00e1chylnej\u0161ie na rakovinu. Konzum\u00e1cia alkoholu&#8230; Alkohol je pova\u017eovan\u00fd za jeden z hlavn\u00fdch rizikov\u00fdch faktorov pre rakovinu hrub\u00e9ho \u010dreva a toto riziko priamo s\u00favis\u00ed s mno\u017estvom skonzumovan\u00e9ho alkoholu. V skuto\u010dnosti aj mierna konzum\u00e1cia alkoholu m\u00f4\u017ee \u010dloveka vystavi\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00e9mu riziku. <\/p>\n\n<p>9. Stravy bohat\u00e9 na tuky a cholesterol, najm\u00e4 \u010derven\u00e9 m\u00e4so (napr\u00edklad hov\u00e4dzie, jah\u0148acie a brav\u010dov\u00e9), boli spojen\u00e9 s rakovinou hrub\u00e9ho \u010dreva. S\u00fa vtipy, \u017ee by ste nikdy nemali jes\u0165 viac ako 500 gramov \u010derven\u00e9ho m\u00e4sa t\u00fd\u017edenne&#8230; <\/p>\n\n<p>10. Tieto pr\u00edznaky postihuj\u00fa takmer ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z \u010dasu na \u010das, tak\u017ee je znepokojuj\u00face len vtedy, ak trvaj\u00fa nieko\u013eko t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov alebo dlh\u0161ie.<br\/>Krvav\u00e1 stolica, \u010do je znak kone\u010dn\u00e9ho krv\u00e1cania. Stolica m\u00f4\u017ee tie\u017e vyzera\u0165 nezvy\u010dajne tmav\u00e1 alebo dechtov\u00e1, ale nie krvav\u00e1.<br\/>Slabos\u0165 a \u00fanava.<br\/>Nevo\u013enos\u0165 alebo zvracanie.<br\/>Zmeny v chuti do jedla a\/alebo ne\u00famyseln\u00fd \u00fabytok hmotnosti.<br\/>N\u00edzky po\u010det \u010derven\u00fdch krviniek (an\u00e9mia). Znie to radik\u00e1lne, k\u00fdm si neuvedom\u00edte, \u017ee prakticky \u017eiadne zvierat\u00e1 vo vo\u013enej pr\u00edrode netrpia roz\u0161\u00edren\u00fdm chronick\u00fdm ochoren\u00edm. Medzi levmi a \u017eirafami neexistuje roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e1 miera obezity, srdcov\u00fdch chor\u00f4b alebo cukrovky 2. typu. Depresia, \u00fazkos\u0165, akn\u00e9, neplodnos\u0165, nespavos\u0165, srdcov\u00e9 choroby, erektiln\u00e1 dysfunkcia, cukrovka 2. typu, Alzheimerova choroba, rakovina a v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u010fal\u0161\u00edch ochoren\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 tr\u00e1pia a skracuj\u00fa na\u0161e \u017eivoty, maj\u00fa v skuto\u010dnosti korene v tom istom stave. Nedostatok ur\u010dit\u00fdch mikronutrientov, ako s\u00fa vitam\u00edny a miner\u00e1ly, m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k strate funkcie na\u0161ich buniek a nakoniec k rozvoju chor\u00f4b. Viac ako 50 % \u013eud\u00ed nad 40 rokov m\u00e1 chronick\u00fd nedostatok niektor\u00fdch esenci\u00e1lnych a kritick\u00fdch mikronutrientov, ako s\u00fa miner\u00e1ly a vitam\u00edny, a \u010d\u00edm ste star\u0161\u00ed, t\u00fdm viac toto percento rastie&#8230; Aspo\u0148 75 percent \u013eud\u00ed nekonzumuje odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00e1 zeleniny a ovocia. V d\u00f4sledku v\u0161etk\u00fdch t\u00fdchto faktorov a mnoh\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch u\u017e na\u0161e bunky nie s\u00fa schopn\u00e9 generova\u0165 energiu tak, ako by mali. Choroba nie je n\u00e1hodn\u00fd jav, ktor\u00fd by sa mohol sta\u0165 v bud\u00facnosti. Je to v\u00fdsledok va\u0161ich rozhodnut\u00ed a toho, ako sa dnes c\u00edtite. Ak trp\u00edte otravn\u00fdmi a zdanlivo nesmrte\u013en\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00fdmi probl\u00e9mami \u2014 ako je \u00fanava, mozgov\u00e1 hmla, \u00fazkos\u0165, artrit\u00edda, neplodnos\u0165, erektiln\u00e1 dysfunkcia alebo chronick\u00e1 boles\u0165 \u2014 z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 pr\u00ed\u010dina t\u00fdchto stavov je zvy\u010dajne t\u00e1 ist\u00e1 vec, ktor\u00e1 vedie k &#8220;v\u00e1\u017enemu&#8221; ochoreniu nesk\u00f4r v \u017eivote, ak sa ni\u010d nezmen\u00ed v starostlivosti o svoje telo. T\u00e1to inform\u00e1cia je bolestiv\u00e1 a m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 desiv\u00e1!!       <\/p>\n\n<p>Som tie\u017e presved\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee na\u0161e nepochopenie kore\u0148ovej pr\u00ed\u010diny choroby predstavuje duchovn\u00fa kr\u00edzu. Odpojili sme sa od \u00fa\u017easu nad na\u0161\u00edm telom a \u017eivotom, odpojen\u00ed od produkcie jedla, ktor\u00e9 jeme, \u017eijeme sedav\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom \u017eivota kv\u00f4li pr\u00e1ci a \u0161kole a sme odpojen\u00ed od na\u0161ich z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch biologick\u00fdch potrieb, ako je slne\u010dn\u00e9 svetlo, kvalitn\u00fd sp\u00e1nok a \u010dist\u00e1 voda a vzduch. To uviedlo na\u0161e tel\u00e1 do stavu zm\u00e4tku a strachu. Na\u0161e bunky s\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou neregulovan\u00e9, \u010do samozrejme ovplyv\u0148uje na\u0161e mozgy a tel\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 ur\u010duj\u00fa na\u0161e vn\u00edmanie sveta. V skuto\u010dnosti je telo \u00fa\u017easn\u00e1 a prepojen\u00e1 entita, ktor\u00e1 sa neust\u00e1le obnovuje a vymie\u0148a energiu a hmotu s vonkaj\u0161\u00edm prostred\u00edm zaka\u017ed\u00fdm, ke\u010f jeme, d\u00fdchame alebo sa opa\u013eujeme! Niet poch\u00fdb o tom, \u017ee zdravotn\u00edcky syst\u00e9m za posledn\u00fdch 120 rokov vytvoril z\u00e1zraky, ale stratili sme smer, pokia\u013e ide o prevenciu a zvr\u00e1tenie metabolick\u00fdch stavov, ktor\u00e9 dnes tvoria viac ako 80 percent n\u00e1kladov na zdravotn\u00fa starostlivos\u0165 a \u00famrt\u00ed.
