Medzi \u010fal\u0161ie faktory zvy\u0161uj\u00face riziko vzniku \u017eilov\u00fdch zrazen\u00edn patria rodinn\u00e1 anamn\u00e9za krvn\u00fdch zrazen\u00edn, vek (nad 60 rokov), obezita, tehotenstvo, faj\u010denie a peror\u00e1lna antikoncepcia. Niektor\u00e9 lieky alebo ochorenia, ako rakovina alebo genetick\u00e9 poruchy zr\u00e1\u017eania, m\u00f4\u017eu tie\u017e zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 riziko krvn\u00fdch zrazen\u00edn.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Peror\u00e1lna antikoncepcia s estrog\u00e9nom a progestog\u00e9nom je spojen\u00e1 so zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm \u017eilov\u00fdch zrazen\u00edn, infarktom a m\u0155tvicou. Tieto peror\u00e1lne antikoncep\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa zr\u00e1\u017eanie krvi zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm fibrinog\u00e9nu v plazme, \u010do pom\u00e1ha pri tvorbe krvn\u00fdch zrazen\u00edn. V\u00fdskum tie\u017e ukazuje, \u017ee rakovina je jedn\u00fdm z najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edch nadobudnut\u00fdch rizikov\u00fdch faktorov pre ven\u00f3znu tromboemb\u00f3liu (VTE). M\u00f4\u017ee to by\u0165 sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 n\u00e1dorom, telom pacienta alebo terapiami, ktor\u00e9 pacient dost\u00e1va. VTE je v skuto\u010dnosti druhou naj\u010dastej\u0161ou pr\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed u hospitalizovan\u00fdch onkologick\u00fdch pacientov, hne\u010f po infekci\u00e1ch.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arteri\u00e1lne krvn\u00e9 zrazeniny<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pr\u00ed\u010diny a rizikov\u00e9 faktory pre arteri\u00e1lne zrazeniny zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa obezitu, nedostatok pohybu, vysok\u00fd krvn\u00fd tlak, vysok\u00fd cholesterol, cukrovku a faj\u010denie. Zmeny \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu a \u00fapravy stravy m\u00f4\u017eu pom\u00f4c\u0165 eliminova\u0165 tieto rizik\u00e1.
