OMEGA 3 YA\u011e ASITLERI<\/h2>\n\n<p>Omega-3 ya\u011f asitleri, v\u00fccudun kendi kendine \u00fcretemeyece\u011fi temel ya\u011f asitleridir, bu y\u00fczden bunlar\u0131 yiyecekler veya takviyelerle elde etmeliyiz. V\u00fccudun normal i\u015fleyi\u015fi i\u00e7in gereklidir ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n korunmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol oynarlar.
