Ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, kusma, boynun arkas\u0131nda a\u011fr\u0131, uyu\u015fma ve \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131 MSG kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131n yan etkileridir. Monosodyum glutamat, v\u00fccudunuzdaki h\u00fccreleri a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 aktifle\u015ftiren ve \u00f6yle bir eksitotoksindir ki, h\u00fccreler o kadar zarar g\u00f6r\u00fcr ki \u00f6l\u00fcrler. MSG ayr\u0131ca uzun s\u00fcreli kullan\u0131mda bir\u00e7ok n\u00f6rolojik hastal\u0131\u011fa yol a\u00e7ar. Yapay tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Kalorilerinizi izliyorsan\u0131z yapay tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar iyi bir se\u00e7enek gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnebilir, ancak bilim bize g\u00f6steriyor ki, bunlar sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ekten en k\u00f6t\u00fc bile\u015fenlerden biridir. Y\u00fcksek fruktozlu m\u0131s\u0131r \u015furubu (HFCS), kilo al\u0131\u015f\u0131, kalp komplikasyonlar\u0131 ve obeziteye yol a\u00e7an bir tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r.
