🔸 Preparation:
- Boil 450 ml of water.
- Turn off the heat and add one teaspoon of each plant.
- Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Strain and add lemon and honey (optional).
- Drink 2 cups a day for 7 to 10 days.
🔔 Note: It is not recommended to drink for more than 10 days without a break.
