What causes colon cancer?
1.Overweight or obesity… The link between colon cancer and obesity is strong. Overall, people who are obese are more than 30% more likely to develop this type of cancer than people of normal weight.
2.Type 2 diabetes… Studies have perfectly shown the link between type 2 diabetes and the development of colon cancer. In addition, the risk of colon cancer increases in people with type 2 diabetes who have been obese for at least four years.
3.Radiation… If you have received radiation as a form of treatment in the abdomen, pelvis and spine or radiation of the whole body during childhood and adolescence, you have an increased risk of colon cancer… Your task is to regularly monitor your condition starting five years after irradiation . These options include stool testing every three years or a colonoscopy every five years. Research also suggests that men who have received radiation therapy to treat prostate and testicular cancer have a higher rate of colorectal cancer.
4.Genetics… Studies have shown that every fourth case of colon cancer has some kind of genetic link. So, if you have a family member (brother, sister, father, mother, child) with colon cancer or polyp, the risk of developing colon cancer increases.
5.Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP)… This is a familially inherited syndrome that causes the development of hundreds (even thousands) of precancerous polyps in the colon. People with FAP have an almost 100% chance of developing colon cancer, often by the age of 40. age.
6.Hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC)… Also called Lynch syndrome, this is an inherited condition that can increase the risk of developing colon cancer by as much as 80%.
7.Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS)… This is an inherited condition that causes colon polyps that are more prone to cancer. PJS is not common: it only affects between one in 25,000 to one in 300,000 people at birth.
8. Alcohol consumption… Alcohol is considered one of the major risk factors for colorectal cancer, and the risk is directly related to the amount of alcohol consumed. In fact, even moderate alcohol consumption can put a person at great risk.
9.Diets high in fat and cholesterol, especially red meat (for example, beef, lamb and pork), have been linked to colon cancer. There are people who say that you should never eat more than 500 grams of red meat a week…
10.Smoking… Smoking is strongly associated with an increased risk of colon cancer. According to a review in the American Journal of Gastroenterology, the risk of developing colon cancer increases in proportion to the number of years of smoking and the intensity of smoking. If you have a sedentary lifestyle, you have some of the digestive diseases such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease… You are at increased risk of colon cancer…
The first clear symptoms of colon cancer
How does colon cancer affect a person’s body? Many times, colon cancer in the early stages will not cause any visible symptoms. But once it expands and progresses, it can begin to alter the way stools are formed, fluids are balanced, nutrients are absorbed, and the way other organs function. Is there any pain associated with colon cancer that could alert you to the problem? Some people with colon cancer experience abdominal pain, although not everyone does. The later the stage of colon cancer, the more likely it is that pain and other symptoms of colon cancer will become visible and interfere with daily life.
The most common symptoms of colon cancer include:
Abdominal pain, cramps, bloating, or discomfort.
Changes in bowel habits and stool consistency, such as diarrhea, constipation, or narrowing and thinning of the stool. Some people experience alternating attacks of constipation and then diarrhea. These symptoms affect almost everyone from time to time, so it’s really only worrying if they last for a few weeks or more.
Bloody stools, which is a sign of rectal bleeding. The stools may also look unusually dark or tarry, but not bloody.
Weakness and fatigue.
Nausea or vomiting.
Changes in appetite and/or unintentional weight loss.
Low red blood cell count (anaemia). This can cause symptoms associated with nutrient malabsorption and anemia, including fatigue, weakness, and brain fog.
Jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes).
Unintentional weight loss, jaundice
Why are we so sick?
This is the story of hundreds of thousands of people around the world and I believe that a large number of you can recognize what I am about to say… From your forties or later, your doctors often diagnose you with high blood pressure, diabetes, some of the psychological diseases or joint diseases… or similar diseases, which are called chronic diseases… Such as diseases of the liver, kidneys, stomach, lungs… Many of you have early symptoms of these diseases much earlier, but you ignore them or do not know how to recognize them. And you often have multiple diseases at once. And as it happens, all diseases are “treated” with synthetic drugs… Today, 90% of adults in the modern world – they are simply prescribed synthetic pills for treatment, and no one asks questions about how to treat the main cause of the disease and whether it is possible to cure the disease naturally and without side effects… Doctors will never do that…
And you know what one of the biggest lies in the healthcare industry is? It is that the main cause is why we become sicker, obese, depressed, we have no energy, strength, we have diseased joints, high blood pressure, diabetes, dementia, we get cancer…… In general, why are we sick and why are we never better, that the cause is very, very complicated!! This sounds radical until you realize that practically no animal in the wild suffers from a widespread chronic disease. There is no widespread rate of obesity, heart disease, or type 2 diabetes among lions and giraffes. Depression, anxiety, acne, infertility, insomnia, heart disease, erectile dysfunction, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, and most of the other conditions that plague and shorten our lives actually have their roots in the same thing. And that is chronic inflammation…
What do we eat?
The main part of the diet of modern man is called ultra-processed industrial food. It is a chemically made food that is addictive and accounts for almost 70 percent of the calories that people consume today. A deficiency of certain micronutrients, such as vitamins and minerals, can lead to a loss of function in our cells and ultimately to the development of diseases. Over 50% of people over 40 have a chronic deficiency of some of the essential and critical micronutrients such as minerals and vitamins, and the older you get, this percentage only increases… At least 75 percent of people do not eat the recommended amounts of vegetables and fruits. Most of our calories come from refined forms of commodity crops like wheat, soybeans, and corn, all of which are micronutrient-deficient and doubly cause problems by flooding our bodies with excess carbohydrates and inflammatory fats.
The biggest problem is metabolic dysfunction and chronic inflammation of the body, which is why we spend enormous money on health care, and the greater access to health care and medicines, the outcomes are worse. Compared to a hundred years ago, we consume astronomically more sugar (i.e. up to 3000 percent more liquid fructose), do more sedentary jobs and sleep 25 percent less. We are also exposed to over eighty thousand synthetic chemicals in food, water and air. As a result of all these factors and many others, our cells are no longer able to generate energy in the way they should. The disease is not some random phenomenon that could happen in the future. This is the result of the choices you make and how you feel today. If you’re struggling with annoying and seemingly non-fatal health problems — such as fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, arthritis, infertility, erectile dysfunction, or chronic pain — the underlying cause of these conditions is generally the same thing that will lead to “major” illness later in life if nothing changes in the way you care for your body. This information is stinging and can be scary!!
I am also convinced that our lack of understanding of the root cause of illness represents a spiritual crisis. We have become disconnected from our awe of our bodies and life, we have become detached from the production of the food we eat, we live sedentary lifestyles because of our work and school, and we are separated from our basic biological needs, such as sunlight, quality sleep, and clean water and air. This has put our bodies in a state of confusion and fear. Our cells are unregulated to a large extent, which of course affects our brains and bodies, which determine our perception of the world. In reality, the body is an amazing and interconnected entity that is constantly renewing itself and exchanging energy and matter with the external environment every time we eat, breathe, or sunbathe! There is no doubt that the medical system has produced miracles over the past 120 years, but we have lost our way when it comes to preventing and reversing metabolic conditions that today account for more than 80 percent of healthcare costs and death.now that we have the tools and technology to truly understand what is happening inside our cells at the molecular level. We have a great opportunity to help our body function optimally and to be healthy….
The most important vitamins and minerals for the prevention of colon cancer are vitamin B9, calcium, magnesium and vitamin D.
How to prevent colon cancer in a natural way?
- NUTRITION (INTERMITTENT FASTING OR INTERMITTENT FASTING)
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that alternates between periods of eating and fasting. There are several different methods of intermittent fasting, but the most common include the 16/8 method, in which a person fasts for 16 hours and eats during an 8-hour window.
This diet regimen is excellent for diseased joints, but also for natural weight loss, improved insulin sensitivity and reduced risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes. Some studies have also shown that intermittent fasting can have anti-aging effects, improve brain function, prevent cancer and even increase life expectancy.
For most people, I will recommend that they eat two meals a day, and that they do a fast (i.e. do not eat any groceries) from 4 p.m. in 24 hours.
This is the most natural way to starve. 16/8 is a method where you starve for 16 hours every day, and during the remaining 8 hours you can eat two servings of meals. Sticking to the 16/8 diet in practice means that you skip breakfast and the last meal is dinner. For example, you stop eating at 8:00 p.m., and the next meal is lunch at 12:00 p.m. the next day. You won’t even notice that you’ve been starving for 16 hours, including 8 hours of sleep.
You are free to customize this mode according to your own needs. If you can’t imagine starting the day without a quality breakfast, you can skip dinner.
At the time when you are fasting, you need to consume enough fluids to hydrate your body. However, you can only drink water, unsweetened coffee, and calorie-free beverages. You are allowed to take recommended dietary supplements…
THE MOST IMPORTANT VITAMINS TO PREVENT COLON CANCER:
1.VITAMIN C
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin found in many fruits and vegetables. It acts as an antioxidant to neutralize free radicals and reduce the risk of inflammation and disease.
It participates in a minimum of 300 biochemical processes of our body, including tissue and skin repair, improving adrenal function, gum health. It helps in the production of anti-stress hormones and interferons. It is very important for the functioning of the immune system and is needed for the production of folic acid, tyrosine and phenylalanine in the body. Vitamin C protects you from asthma, environmental pollution, prevents cancer and infections. It prevents the development of anemia and damage to the body with heavy metals.
One of the most well-known functions of vitamin c is to prevent upper respiratory tract infections. It reduces the accumulation of bad cholesterol in blood vessels and stimulates the production of collagen… And much more…
It is a great partner in the body with VITAMIN E AND BETA CAROTENES. JOINTS IN THE BODY HAVE A STRONGER IMPACT ON OUR HEALTH!
VITAMIN E SEEKS TISSUE DAMAGE (SUCH AS CANCER CELLS), WHILE VITAMIN C ATTACKS FOREIGN PATHOGENS AND DESTROYS THEM!
IMPORTANT NOTE! ALCOHOL, ANALGESICS, ANTIDEPRESSANTS, ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES, STEROIDS SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE THE LEVEL OF VITAMIN C IN THE BODY!
FOODS RICH IN VITAMIN C:
KIWI, ORANGE, PAPAYA, PEPPERS, STRAWBERRIES, PINEAPPLE, GRAPEFRUIT, BROCCOLI, Brussels sprouts, mangoes, tomatoes, spinach, cockatoo plums, acerola cherries, pomegranates, chili peppers, guava, blackcurrant, melon, parsley, mustard, kale, lemon
2.VITAMIN E
Vitamin e is actually part of a family of 8 antioxidants.4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrientols. Alpha tocopherol is found in the highest concentrations in our body.
Vitamin E prevents cell damage by causing the destruction of free radicals. It helps other water-soluble vitamins work better. It prevents the formation of blood clots and promotes better functioning of the heart and blood vessels. Less than 10% of people in the developed world take sufficient doses of this vitamin every day!
If you don’t have enough of this vitamin, you are at risk of damaging your nerves and red blood cells. Signs of deficiency of this vitamin are manifested in infertility, menstrual problems, miscarriages, eye damage, cystic fibrosis, liver damage, Crohn’s disease…
The body needs zinc to work better in the body.
FOODS RICH IN VITAMIN E:
WHEAT GERM OIL, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUT OIL, ALMOND OIL, PINE NUTS, PEANUTS, ATLANTIC SALMON, AVOCADO, RED PEPPER, BRAZIL NUTS, MANGO, BEETROOT, KIWI, SPINACH, BUTTERNUT SQUASH, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, SWEET POTATO, TOMATOES
THE MOST IMPORTANT MINERAL TO PREVENT COLON CANCER
SELENIUM
SELENIUM IS AN ESSENTIAL TRACE MINERAL THAT PLAYS A KEY ROLE FOR THE NORMAL FUNCTIONING OF KEY ENZYMES CALLED GLUTATOIN PEROXIDASE AND THYRODOXIN REDUCTASE. They are key antioxidants of the body and protect us from cell damage.
STIMULATES THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
HELPS AND PROTECTS AGAINST HEPATITIS B OR C FROM DEVELOPING INTO LIVER CANCER
LOW LEVELS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE RISK OF COLON, STOMACH, LUNG AND PROSTATE CANCER
SELENIUM NEEDS TO CONVERT THYROXINE(T4) THYROID HORMONE INTO BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE THIODITRONINE (T3)
IT PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE PRODUCTION OF MALE SEX HORMONES, AND STIMULATES FERTILITY
According to studies, it is particularly effective in reducing the risk of cancer, mortality caused by cancer and the severity of some cancers – especially in the liver, prostate, colon and lungs. Because it has the special job of activating selenoproteins, this mineral acts in an enzymatic role that helps antioxidants do their best work. There is evidence that it can also help slow down existing cancer progression and tumor growth. Research has shown that a high dose can be effective in protecting DNA, which can reduce the risk for cell mutation and cancer development
FOODS RICH IN SELENIUM:
BRAZIL NUTS, TUNA, SARDINES, OYSTERS, SHELLFISH, SHRIMPS, SALMON, CRABS, ORGANIC PORK, ORGANIC TURKEY, ORGANIC BEEF, EGGS, BROWN RICE, MUSHROOMS, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, BEEF LIVER, ORGANIC OATMEAL, BEANS, SPINACH, LENTILS…
Dietary Supplements to Prevent Colon Cancer:
1.COENZYME Q10 (90 MG PER DAY)
Coenzyme Q10 is a powerful natural antioxidant present in the human body that has the role of supporting enzymes in various biochemical processes. It is necessary for every cell of the human body to produce energy, and in the highest concentrations it is present in the kidneys, liver, heart and pancreas. It is stored in the mitochondria of cells, often referred to as “formations”, which is why it is involved in energy production.
-WITHOUT HIM, OUR CELLS WOULD NOT WORK!
IT HAS A LARGE NUMBER OF ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTIES WITH VITAMIN E.
By decreasing the level of coenzyme Q10 in the body, immunity is also weakened, and the consequence is accelerated aging of the body. We have a maximum concentration of coenzyme Q10 at 22 or 23 years of age. However, after 35. In 1999, its levels in the body began to decrease due to impaired liver function. Most people after 40. In 2010, a 30% deficiency of coenzyme Q10, which increases with age, affects 30% of coenzyme Q10.
Given that coenzyme Q10 is found in high concentrations in the cells of the heart muscle, its deficiency is associated with cardiovascular problems such as angina pectoris, arrhythmia, cardiac arrest and high blood pressure. It is also associated with blood sugar imbalances, gum problems and stomach ulcers.
People who take statins to lower blood cholesterol are particularly at risk, because these drugs block the synthesis of coenzyme Q10 in the body, which can lead to weakness and painful joints and muscles
2. COLOSTRUM (TAKE IT ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACKAGE)
Colostrum is a type of milk that breastfeeding mothers produce immediately after giving birth. Apart from humans, all mammals that have pups produce this nutritious fluid. It is a diverse blend of nutrients such as carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and more. Newborns are susceptible to disease because their immune system is still being formed. In particular, they benefit from antibodies in colostrum, which increases their immunity, aids immune development, and protects them from infection. Its composition is unique and packed with growth factors that newborns need to grow and repair muscles, bones, and cartilage.
Research now shows that the health benefits of colostrum, especially bovine colostrum supplements, also provide a plethora of benefits for adults. The supplements are made from bovine colostrum that has been pasteurized, dried, and packaged in tablets and powder. The powders that form can be mixed with almost any liquid.
3.MELATONIN (3 MG, 2 HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME)
BEVERAGE:
IN BLENDER ADD :
200 ML OF PROBIOTICS (ACIDOPHILUS, KEFIR, YOGHURTS, LGG,) + A HANDFUL OF FOREST FRUITS + 1/2 SMALL TEASPOON OF ORGANIC TURMERIC POWDER + 1/4 SMALL TEASPOON OF ORGANIC GINGER POWDER + A PINCH OF PEPPER + 1 SMALL SPOON OF ASTRAGALUS POWDER + 1 SMALL TEASPOON OF HONEY (IF YOU HAVE IT, PUT MANUKA HONEY).
