Today I will recommend a few perfect spices, which I regularly recommend in my treatment programs, for painful and inflamed joints. If you have swelling, stiffness and other problems for painful joints, this video is for you. My first recommendation is CEJLNOSKI CINNAMON. The evergreen cinnamon tree belongs to the laurel family (Lauraceae), and in the bark of its branches hides precious healing properties. The inner layer of bark from the young branches is peeled and dried for the purpose of producing tasty and medicinal spices. It is a good source of carbohydrates, protein and dietary fiber. It is rich in important minerals such as manganese, calcium, iron, copper, zinc. It also contains vitamins C, K, B2 (pyrodoxin) and B6 (riboflavin). It is rich in antioxidants and phenols, which are irreplaceable fighters in the fight against infections. Ancient Chinese medicine uses Ceylon cinnamon in the treatment of colds, headaches, nausea and general weakness. It’s great for your joints.
My second recommendation is Cardamom. Cardamom is a spice often used in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. It has a special, warm and slightly sweettaste that makes it a popular ingredient of many dishes. But in addition to its culinary use, cardamom also has a long history of use in traditional medicine due to its various health benefits. One of the primary uses of cardamom in traditional medicine is to treat indigestion and nausea. It enhances immunity and has powerful anticancer properties. Perfect for painful joints…
My third recommendation is turmeric. Turmeric is a spice that is often used in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. It is known for its bright yellow color and warm, bitter and slightly spicy taste. Turmeric is also known for its various health benefits, which have been recognized in traditional medicine for centuries. One of the primary health benefits of turmericis its anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin, which has been shown to have a strong anti-inflammatory effect in the body. This can be useful for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and even certain types of cancer.
