Drink to prevent blood clots!

In today’s video I will recommend a wonderful natural recipe to prevent blood clots…

Blood clots are accumulations of blood that form inside blood vessels. Normally, the blood clotting process is important because it helps stop bleeding after an injury. However, the problem arises when blood clots form inside blood vessels for no valid reason or when they do not break down after they have fulfilled their purpose. This can lead to serious health problems.

The most common consequences of blood clots include:

  1. Thrombosis: This is the process when a blood clot forms inside a blood vessel and blocks blood flow. This can lead to serious problems in organs or tissues that are affected by a lack of blood supply.
  2. Myocardial infarction: A blood clot that blocks blood flow to the heart can cause a heart attack, also known as myocardial infarction. This can lead to permanent damage to the heart muscle and potentially fatal consequences.
  3. Stroke: A blood clot that blocks blood flow to the brain can cause a stroke. This can cause serious brain damage and long-term consequences such as loss of motor function, speech difficulties or mental disability.
  4. Lung thromboembolism: A blood clot that forms in the deep veins of the legs (known as deep vein thrombosis) can separate and travel through the bloodstream to the lungs, causing blood vessels in the lungs to block. This condition, known as pulmonary embolism, can be life-threatening.
  5. Postthrombotic syndrome: After an episode of deep vein thrombosis, postthrombotic syndrome can develop, which causes chronic symptoms like swelling, pain, discoloration of the skin and even ulcers on the legs.

The worst consequence of blood clots can be death if a heart attack, stroke or pulmonary embolism occurs without prompt and appropriate medical intervention. That’s why it’s important to recognize symptoms of blood clots, such as pain, swelling, changes in skin color, shortness of breath, or sudden loss of consciousness, and seek medical help immediately if they occur. Prevention of blood clots includes maintaining an active lifestyle, avoiding prolonged sitting or lying down, exercising regularly, controlling your body weight, and following your doctor’s recommendations if you have an increased risk of thrombosis.
