No.1 reason why you need to do “intermittent fasting” !

First of all, I want to tell you that I have been researching different diet regimens and their impact on health for a long time. I don’t think there’s anything better than regular fasting. Personally, I have been practicing regular fasting for many years and have never felt better. I have been working with patients for twenty-five years and I have been convinced countless times of the effectiveness of fasting in people who, on my recommendation, started practicing it and significantly improved their health.
Fasting, as a dietregimen practiced for thousands of years, brings numerous health benefits. However, despite its history, fasting has almost disappeared from our everyday life in recent decades. Instead, food industrialization and aggressive marketing campaigns aimed at consuming multiple meals a day have led to the spread of unhealthy eating habits. As a result, we are facing a rise in various diseases associated with poor lifestyle and diet.

In the second half of the 20th century. In the 19th century, the food industry embarked on a transformation of the way we eat. Instead of the traditional three meals a day, we have become exposed to constant stimulation with food advertisements and fast food supply. Marketing campaigns encourage us to eat as many meals a day as possible, to consume very bad foods that significantly impair our health. It is important to emphasize that in the last thirty to forty years the number of obese people has increased significantly, and that today we mostly die from heart disease, brain diseases and tumors of various types. Fifty or sixty years ago, these diseases were not nearly as dangerous, and today they are our greatest threat. Diabetes, high blood pressure, overweight, excessive consumption of drugs most often lead to heart attack, stroke, dementia or some form of cancer. And all this starts with our diet.

If we look closely into the past, fasting was something that should not have been talked about. Authorities in the world of nutrition have told us for decades that we should not bypass a single meal of the day. In other words, every day we have to consume breakfast, lunch, dinner and still eat snacks, don’t you agree?

I’m sure you’ve heard, and perhaps uttered, sentences like these at least once in your life:
“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.”
“You have to eat snacks regularly!”
“Eat five to six smaller meals a day!”
“You should never miss a meal!”

With these and similar messages, we are bombarded in the media. On tv, on the internet, in books. If you hear them a hundred or a thousand times, they begin to create the illusion that it is something you need to be healthy. All this is well known by industries that earn billions every year. Unfortunately, if you are healthy, no one will make money. Neither the big food industries that poison us, nor the pharmaceutical companies that then “treat” us.

THE REAL TRUTH IS QUITE DIFFERENT! There is absolutely no study that proves that eating a lot of meals a day is good for our health. On the other hand, thousands of studies have been conducted over the last few decades on the proven benefits of fasting. Fasting has been applied for thousands of years around the world in all civilizations. Daily fasting from food has enormous health benefits. It is efficient, simple, flexible and guarantees success.

Obesity has been linked to a number of health problems, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, liver and kidney disease, bone and joint problems, and mental disorders. Also, the consumption of unhealthy foods often results in a lack of important nutrients and fiber, which further worsens our health condition. Modern lifestyle and poor eating habits have led to a significant deterioration in our health.

It is necessary to return fasting to our daily lives in order to take advantage of its health benefits. Fasting provides the body with the opportunity to recover and regenerate, and protects it from various diseases. In addition, it is necessary to reduce the consumption of fast and unhealthy foods and promote awareness of the importance of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Education about healthy eating and the importance of fasting should be accessible to everyone to create a healthier future for ourselves and our offspring. Fasting is an incredibly simple and effective tool that can positively affect our health and longevity and I think it’s time for this information to know as many people around the world as possible.
