No.1 vitamin to prevent breast cancer!

Today I’m going to talk to you about the most important vitamins for preventing breast cancer. This is by far the most dangerous cancer in women. The risk of developing breast cancer increases with age. The condition is most common in women over the age of 50 who have gone through menopause. About 8 out of 10 cases of breast cancer occur in women over the age of 50. All women between the ages of 50 and 70 should be screened for breast cancer every 3 years.
Cancer is a disease in which some body cells grow uncontrollably and spread to other parts of the body. Cancer can begin almost anywhere in the human body, consisting of trillions of cells.

Normally, human cells grow and multiply (through a process called cell division) to form new cells as the body needs them. When cells age or become damaged, they die, and new cells take their place.
Sometimes this orderly process crumbles, and abnormal or damaged cells grow and multiply when they shouldn’t. These cells can form tumors, which are lumps of tissue. Tumors can be cancerous or not cancerous (benign).

And it was the cancer cells that managed to bypass the death or apoptosis. Cancerous tumors spread or attack nearby tissues and can travel to remote places in the body to create new tumors (a process called metastases). Cancerous tumors can also be called malignant tumors.

First of all older years of life, genetic predisposition, regular use of birth control pills and hormone replacement therapy can cause breast cancer. If you have previously had breast cancer or early non-invasive changes in cancer cells in the breast ducts, you have a higher risk of redevelopment, either in the second breast or in the same breast. Your breasts are made up of thousands of tiny glands (lobules) that produce milk. This glandular tissue contains a higher concentration of breast cells than other breast tissues, making it denser.

Women with dense breast tissue may have a higher risk of developing breast cancer because there are multiple cells that can become cancerous. Dense breast tissue can also make it difficult to read breast scans (mammograms), because any lumps or areas of abnormal tissue are harder to see. Younger women tend to have thicker breasts.

If you have never given birth, you have an increased risk of breast cancer, and many times you can not even find the cause of the disease.
