The best natural way to whiten your teeth

In today’s video I will recommend an outstanding natural way to whiten your teeth… Teeth become yellow or even beige or brown in color, due to spots that develop on the hard, white surface of the tooth (enamel), as well as deeper inside the structure of the teeth. Beneath the enamel is a pale brown substance called dentin, which can become more visible when enamel becomes thinner – a very common occurrence for many adults. Tooth erosion (erosive tooth wear) is a consequence of chronic loss of hard tissue of the tooth .

What are the main causes of tooth enamel damage?
Risk factors include aging, genetics and eating bad food. Many of these same unhealthy habits also increase the risk of gum disease. A particular problem is drinking coffee, smoking cigarettes, regular intake of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Also, a certain number of people have problems with dry mouth, or lack of saliva production, or have certain genetic predispositions…

How to whiten your teeth naturally?

  1. Brush after drinking or eating
The best way to whiten your teeth naturally – though perhaps not always the easiest – is to simply brush your teeth with the appropriate toothpaste after eating or drinking something. This takes a lot of persistence and can even be kind of difficult, depending on where you are at the time of eating (like work or school).
  2. Teeth whitening by coconut oil method

Coconut oil is a popular choice because it has a pleasant taste and offers numerous health benefits. Coconut oil also contains a lot of lauric acid, which is known for its ability to reduce inflammation and kill bacteria. Several studies have shown that daily running cocoon oil through the teeth of the oil reduces bacteria in the mouth, deposits and gingivitis. This is a traditional folk remedy intended to improve oral hygiene and remove toxins from the body. The practice involves rinsing your mouth with oils to remove bacteria that can turn into deposits and cause yellow teeth. Traditionally, sunflower or sesame oil was used, but any oil will work.
