The most important vitamin for the prevention of SCIATICA!

ALMOST 80% OF ADULTS IN THE DEVELOPED WORLD WILL DEVELOP SOME KIND OF BACK DISEASE IN THEIR LIFETIME, AND THE MOST COMMON IS SCIATICA! This topic is very close to me, because for the last 25 years I have been treating patients from all over the world from back problems. In my experience, sciatica is the most common disease of the spine. This disease affects the lower part of the spine, especially the segment that in medicine is called the lumbar spine. There are 5 vertebrae in it, between which there is a cartilaginous pad called a disc.
The largest and longest nerve of our body comes out of the lumbar spine, which we call the sciatic nerve (nervus ischiadicus). It branches from the central lower part of the spine and through small spaces next to the vertebrae, it comes out into its surroundings. It is important to note… The nerve comes out of the back, and in several directions goes through the buttocks, hips, deep through the upper leg and lower leg to the lower leg and ends in the feet. In your findings, this segment of the spine is marked L1, L2, L3, L4, L5.

WHAT CAUSES SCIATICA?

Many conditions can cause this disease. These are primarily degenerative changes of the extremity, disc damage conditions called disc hernia, lumbago, bulging, protrusion! Next, think about osteoporosis, piriformis syndrome, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis and in the worst cases, tumors and severe infections… When you add to all this older age, overweight, sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, stress, consumption of medicines, alcohol, cigarettes… You understand why this is becoming a big problem!

In most cases, the cartilaginous disc leaks or moves out of its natural position and begins to press on the root of the sciatic nerve, which is located a few millimeters from it. You will have this situation described as hrenia, protrusion or bulging of the disc. These problems can be caused by injuries, sudden movements, changes in the spine (degenerative changes or the formation of bone protrusions)… and much more.
I will tell you from my personal experience of working with thousands of patients how you will recognize the most common symptoms and how they are treated in the best way… The first thing you will feel will be PAIN! They start from the lower back, towards the hips, and in more difficult situations, the symptoms go down to the upper leg, lower leg and in the worst stages of the disease You feel pain in the foot! It is interesting that you feel much more pain in the hips and legs than around the spine itself!
Although the main problem is located a few millimeters from the spine. The more pain you feel towards the leg, the worse your disease is.when you feel symptoms in the feet it means that it is the last stage of the disease. When I simply explain to patients how dangerous their problems are, I tell them to imagine a scale from 1 to 10. 1 we will mark the lower back, 10 feet (which indicates the worst part of the disease).

SYMPTOMS:

The following characteristic symptoms of the disease are BURNING, TINGLING, BURNING, RADIANT SENSATIONS that travel, again, from the lower back to the hips, thigh, lower leg and foot… One of the most dangerous symptoms of sciatica is LOSS OF CONTROL OF ONE OR BOTH LEGS.
