☕ Recipe: How to prepare bay leaf tea

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 dried bay leaves
  • 250 ml water
  • optional: lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey

Preparation:

  1. Put water and bay leaves on the stove.
  2. When it boils, reduce the heat and cook for 7–10 minutes.
  3. Strain, let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Add lemon and honey if desired.

Dosage:
1–2 cups a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before bed.

You can make bay oil at home:

  • 20 g dried bay leaves
