The key to practicing intermittent fasting is to keep control of insulin,and these fluids do this.here is a list of drinks that you are allowed to drink during fasting:
WATER
It is very important to drink water throughout the day, especially during fasting. You can drink still or mineral water, it doesn’t matter. You can add lemon, lime, fruit slices to it (just add them to the water, you should not eat them), apple cider vinegar, Himalayan salt. In 1 dl of water it is allowed to add one small tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds and drink it all together. Seeds will not break fasting.
COFFEE
During fasting, you can drink 100-200 ml of coffee, but only black Turkish. Coffee can be caffeinated or without caffeine. You can add some healthy fats to your coffee, such as extra virgin coconut oil, almond oil, walnut oil, GHEE.
TEAS
Teas can be consumed indefinitely. If desired, you can add some of the healthy fats to the teas, similar to coffee, or spices
like cloves, turmeric, star anise, ginger, pepper.
