The second thing that can happen is that you drink fluids too quickly, so you will have a puffy stomach. Next, the bad food you eat causes problems. You’re probably eating some fiber. Foods rich in sugars, processed carbohydrates, canned and repackaged foods, processed meat products aggravate your problems. Less serious situations include lack of movement and too little exercise, even if you eat a little vegetables, fruits, whole grains and the like, your problems will worsen.

Now let’s talk about much more serious situations. Psychological conditions such as stress, depression and anxiety exacerbate ailments. In these disorders, there are probably significantly increased stress hormones such as cortisol, adrenaline, insulin…
