The worst food for a sick thyroid gland!

Today you will find out what is the worst food for the thyroid gland.

The thyroid or thyroid (latin thyroidea) ednocrini (hormonal) is an organ and is one of the most blood-borne organs in the body. Located in the front lower part of the neck, where it envelops the respiratory tube (trachea) like a horseshoe. The build resembles a butterfly. The basic building unit is follicles (bubbles). The thyroid gland secretes two hormones: triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4). They are made of the chemical element iodine . Virtually every part of the body has receptors for these hormones. They are important for the balanced function of the whole organism – respiratory and circulatory systems, brain, then act on movement, sleep and digestion, and the work of other glands (e.g. sex glands). The most common disease is hypothyroidism, which is caused by a disease called Hashimoto syndrome. Both hormones participate in the maintenance of basal (basic) cell metabolism, and their deficiency can slow down metabolism by up to 40%, and their excess can speed up metabolism by as much as 60-100%.

The worst foods for the thyroid gland are those that contain GLUTEN. Gluten is a set of proteins naturally found in grains such as wheat, barley, rye and oats, and their derivatives such as pyro and kamut. The main proteins in gluten are glutenin and gliadin, with gliadin having a greater impact on human health.
Gluten is responsible for the elasticity of the dough and contributes to the structure of foods containing these cereals. It gives the dough a characteristic texture, especially with products such as bread, rolls, pasta and pastries. It is important to note that gluten can be problematic for people who have celiac disease, an autoimmune disease in which gluten consumption causes damage to the small intestine and inflammatory reactions. In addition, there is a condition known as gluten sensitivity, in which people experience similar symptoms to celiac disease when consuming gluten, although they do not show typical signs of small bowel damage.

Gluten in an exceptional number of cases worsens thyroid function. Personally, I would recommend that you completely eliminate foods rich in gluten. You will have significantly better health.
